Consult
A site walkthrough and conversation. We measure the space, review your lease and base-building rules, and outline a realistic scope, schedule, and budget — no charge, no pressure.

Design
Floor plans, elevations, and finish samples. We refine the office on paper until every workstation, partition, and finish is decided — before a single permit is filed.

Build
Demolition, rough-in, and finish work — managed by IFERCO daily on a fixed schedule. Permits, building inspections, and trades coordinated around your operating hours.

Reveal
Final walkthrough, deficiency list closed, and a clean handover before move-in. We follow up at 30 days and 12 months — because an office should still feel right after a year of full-time use.
