Our Approach
A commercial interior is judged the moment someone walks in. Lighting, materials, finishes, and acoustics shape how the space is read — and how long people stay. We design and build the whole interior ourselves, on a fixed schedule, with people we've worked with for years.

Reception desks, retail fixtures, and feature walls built locally. Hard-wearing materials specified for high traffic — installed by trades we trust.

Lighting & Acoustics
Layered lighting plans and sound treatments — wired by licensed ESA electricians. Atmosphere and comfort calibrated to the room’s purpose.

Mechanical & Code
HVAC, fresh-air, fire separation, and accessibility reviewed against the Ontario Building Code — coordinated with landlord rules and base-building constraints.
The Process
Four steps, one team.
01
Consult
A site walkthrough and conversation. We measure the space, review the lease and base-building rules, and outline a realistic scope, schedule, and budget — no charge, no pressure.
02
Design
Floor plans, elevations, and finish samples. We refine the interior on paper until every fixture, finish, and code detail is decided — before a single permit is filed.
03
Build
Demolition, rough-in, and finish work — managed by IFERCO daily on a fixed schedule. Permits, building inspections, and trades coordinated around landlord rules and operating hours.
04
Reveal
Final walkthrough, deficiency list closed, and a clean handover before opening. We follow up at 30 days and 12 months — because a commercial interior should still feel right after a year of public use.
