The Practice
IFERCO is a small design-build studio working out of North York. Since 2003, we've taken on residential and commercial renovations across Toronto with a single discipline: build it once, build it well, and build it on time. The work is quieter than most. The standards are not.
Principal
Led by Iman Rahimi.
Iman has led IFERCO since the studio’s founding in 2003. The discipline is straightforward — show up, do the work properly, finish on time, and treat each home as if it were his own. Two decades on, the approach hasn’t changed.
Every project, residential or commercial, runs through Iman directly. There is no account manager between you and the work. The result is a quieter way of building — fewer surprises, fewer voices, and finished spaces that hold up to a closer look.
